CALIFORNIA PRIVACY NOTICE
This notice supplements our Privacy Policy and applies only to California residents, under the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (together, the “CCPA”). It is provided by Solder Spark Studios Inc., a California corporation. It applies to our games and websites; Spark Studio business data is described in the Spark Studio section of the Privacy Policy.
1) Categories of personal information we collect
In the preceding 12 months, we have collected the following categories of personal information. For examples and the sources of this information, see “Information We Collect” in the Privacy Policy. Sources include you directly, your device automatically, and our partners.

2) How we use this information
We use personal information for the business and commercial purposes described in “How We Use Information” in the Privacy Policy, including operating and securing the Service, processing payments, support, personalization, advertising in our games and websites, and fraud prevention.
3) Sale or sharing of personal information
We share certain identifiers, device data, commercial information, network activity, and geolocation with advertising and analytics partners (categorized as advertising networks) to deliver and measure cross-context behavioral advertising in our games and websites. Under the CCPA, this is considered “sharing,” and may be considered a “sale.” You have the right to opt out. To do so, use our Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information page, also linked in our website footer. We do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of consumers under 16 years of age.
4) Sensitive personal information
We do not use or disclose sensitive personal information for purposes that would give rise to the right to limit its use under the CCPA. We do not need to offer a separate “Limit the Use of My Sensitive Personal Information” control for that reason.
5) Retention
We retain personal information for the periods described under “Data Retention” in the Privacy Policy, for as long as needed for the purposes it was collected and to meet legal obligations.
6) Your California rights
- Know and access: request the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected about you;
- Delete: request deletion of personal information we collected from you;
- Correct: request correction of inaccurate personal information;
- Opt out of sale or sharing: opt out of the sharing described above;
- Non-discrimination: you will not receive discriminatory treatment for exercising your rights.
7) How to exercise your rights
To exercise your access, deletion, or correction rights, contact us at contact@solderspark.com or through the support features in the relevant game. To opt out of sale or sharing, use the Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information page. We will verify your identity before fulfilling certain requests. You may use an authorized agent, with proof of authorization. If we deny your request, you may appeal by replying to our response.
8) Shine the Light
California Civil Code § 1798.83 permits California residents to request information about disclosures of personal information to third parties for their direct marketing purposes. To make such a request, contact contact@solderspark.com.
