TankGame.io purchase support
Need help with a purchase? Email contact@solderspark.com. Include your order reference, the approximate purchase date, and a short description of the issue. You can find the order reference in your purchase history. Never send card numbers, security codes, passwords, or sign-in codes.
I paid but did not receive Salvage
Check that you are signed in to the Spark account used for the purchase, then check your balance and purchase history again. If the purchase is still missing, contact us before buying the pack again.
I see a pending charge
A pending authorization is not necessarily a completed payment. An ineligible purchase is canceled before payment is collected. Your bank determines when a canceled authorization disappears from your statement.
I need a refund or do not recognize a purchase
Contact us with the order reference if available. We review accidental purchases, unauthorized charges, and refund requests individually and honor applicable consumer rights. If you suspect your payment method was used without permission, also contact your payment provider.
